You can cancel your subscriber plan within the 30 days for a prorated refund,if no actual proyects,work or other tasks have been performed,for you.These other guidelines apply too:

• If you cancel within 30 days you will receive a prorated refund off your subscription plan. The money-back guarantee does not apply,if you already had any proyects completed.
• If you cancel within 30 days and you had any work or proyects done or currently in progress, Seotraffik will deduct a non-refundable  recompensation fee of no less than 25% from your refund. This covers our costs and time spent,associated with any or all support,provided to you,during your subscription plan.
• Seotraffik does not offer any refunds for cancellations that occur after 30 days,period!
• Any refunds,will be issued back,to its original payment method,only.
• In lieu of a refund,we can also issue a credit if you desire.
• Please allow,depending on your perferred payment method,up to 1 week,after your refund request,to allow,for proper processing.of said return of refund.You should also factor in,your banking institution’s account policies.
• All cancellation or refund requests,should be in commuicated to us by calling us 646-974-4556.Please be prepared to provide to us,any helpful details,that,would help us,to promptly,intiate and finalize a succesful refund.
• Cancellations/Refund Requests must be called in,no later than 5 business days before,your next subscription renewal,otherwise our refund policies will be enforced.
• We reserve the right,to change any segment of our refund policies,at will and without any notice.

Please note,please allow up to 10 business days,minus holidays and weekends,for your refund or credit to processed.This is based on the accepted standard processing times of many financial institutions.Once it has be refunded by us,any further inquiries need to redirected to your financial institution.
